How to design ‘unity’ without losing ‘versatility’?

Le Guess Who? is an annual festival for groundbreaking music. With the title “A Celebration of Sound”, the festival is one of the most forward thinking festivals in the world. The festival becomes more and more loved every season and has got fans all around the world. We take care of the branding since 2019. Every year we build upon the identity with a visual language that represents the diversity and richness of the festival. The challenge: how to design an unambiguous visual style without losing the versatility the festival has to offer.
